Refund Policy

Mathew Tech Services stands behind the quality of our work and is committed to fair, transparent service.
 

  • Consultation Fees:
    All consultations require a $50 consultation fee. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place but will be credited toward the final service cost if you proceed with the recommended work.

     

  • Service Guarantee (30-Day Coverage):
    If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days of a completed repair or consultation-based service, we will address and fix the issue at no additional charge, provided the device or system has not been altered or damaged by third parties.

     

  • Completed Services:
    Payments for completed services are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing prior to service delivery.

     

  • Parts & External Factors:
    Refunds are not available for issues caused by hardware failure, misuse, software conflicts, or third-party modifications after service completion.

     

  • Cancellations:
    Consultation cancellations made before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling. Refund eligibility, if any, is subject to review and approval.

     

  • Service Credit Use:
    Consultation credits must be applied within 30 days of the consultation date and are non-transferable.
