Terms & Conditions

  • Consultation Requirement:
    All services begin with a scheduled call or meeting and require a $50 consultation fee. This consultation allows for proper assessment, qualification, and scope definition before any work is accepted.

     

  • Consultation Credit:
    If you proceed with the recommended service, the $50 consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the final service cost.

     

  • Consultation Refunds:
    Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. Refund eligibility for cancellations is governed by our Refund Policy.

     

  • On-Site Travel Fees:
    On-site visits beyond 25 miles may incur an additional distance-based travel fee, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

     

  • Appointments & No-Shows:
    No-show appointments do not incur additional fees; however, repeated no-shows may result in service denial or require prepayment for future bookings.

     

  • Remote Support:
    Remote support is available for most services and may be recommended where appropriate.

     

  • Repair Timelines:
    Device repair and service timelines may vary depending on diagnosis complexity and parts availability.

     

  • Data Privacy:
    Customer data privacy is a priority. No personal or device data is shared or stored beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

     

  • Service Acceptance:
    Services are accepted at the provider’s discretion following the consultation.

     

  • By booking a consultation or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Refund Policy.
